Mike Hinkle is an Associate Attorney in the Baltimore office of Harrison Law Group.
Mike comes to the firm from Philadelphia, PA where he began practicing law in 2002. With a wide-ranging background in complex litigation, Mike has successfully represented numerous individuals, corporations and insurance carriers in a variety of matters at trial, arbitration and mediation. Selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer – Rising Star in the area of Construction Litigation, Mike has counseled various Owners, General Contractors and Sub-Contractors in a broad array of construction matters. In addition, Mike has extensive experience representing crane companies and their crane operators in catastrophic construction accidents and other matters.

Mike received his Bachelor of Arts Degree with a History Major and a Political Science Minor from Washington College in Chestertown, MD in 1998 where he was also a four year starter on the Baseball team. In 2001, Mike earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, NJ.
Upon earning his law degree, Mike served as Judicial Law Clerk to the honorable Paul T. Koenig, Jr. and the Honorable Charles A. Delehey in the Superior Court of New Jersey - Trial Division in Trenton, NJ. Following his clerkship, Mike entered private practice in Philadelphia, PA. From 2005 to 2011, Mike was an associate attorney at Deasey, Mahoney, Valentini & North, a well-respected Defense Litigation Law Firm in Philadelphia, PA.
Mike is married and has identical twin sons. He resides in Carroll County, MD.
