After being admitted to the California State Bar and working for a year in San Jose, Andrew moved to Maryland to serve as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Scott L. Rolle in Frederick County. Inasmuch as Andrew worked as a construction attorney prior to joining Harrison Law Group, he has a broad knowledge of construction matters and brings a wide-range of experience to the many issues facing clients in the construction and government contracts fields.
