Andrew graduated from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington in 2013, and he received his law degree from the University of Southern California in 2018.

After being admitted to the California State Bar and working for a year in San Jose, Andrew moved to Maryland to serve as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Scott L. Rolle in Frederick County. Inasmuch as Andrew worked as a construction attorney prior to joining Harrison Law Group, he has a broad knowledge of construction matters and brings a wide-range of experience to the many issues facing clients in the construction and government contracts fields.
