Recent transactions include purchases of multi-tenant shopping centers for investment purposes; leasing of warehouse, office and retail spaces; sales and purchases of warehouse facilities; and acquisitions of large office buildings for owner occupancy. Our wide array of services include drafting and negotiation of property purchase and sale or lease agreements; assistance with acquisition issues, due diligence challenges and real estate disputes; working with title companies; negotiation of project financing and working through lender requirements; drafting and negotiating development agreements; and drafting and review of lending documents, various types of operating agreements, and traditional or design/build construction contracts.
