Catherine received her B.A. from Hamilton College in 2011. She attended law school at the University of Baltimore School of Law and received her Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude, in 2016. After law school, Catherine clerked for the Hon. Keith R. Truffer in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Prior to joining Harrison Law Group, Catherine practiced commercial litigation, with a focus on construction law, at Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC in Howard County, Maryland. Catherine has represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers at all stages of the construction process from contract negotiation through mediation and trial.
Catherine is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association, including serving on the Council for the Young Lawyers Section for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
Catherine is married and has two daughters. She is a lifelong Baltimore resident and proud alumna of The Bryn Mawr School.
